The Second Comic

JoeThis is the first time we see a customer asking The Tax Question, but full-blown mockery and denigration is saved for later. To say that we were asked to compute tax for people 20 times a day would not be an exaggeration. I always wanted to respond with a snide “if you have to ask, you can’t afford it”, but I needed the job and it beat working in the food court. But seriously folks, if you have to ask, you can’t afford it.

Hey look, strip two is online and on time! That already puts us way ahead of most upstarts. I hope success doesn’t go to our heads, lest we start getting fat and lazy. Wait, we are fat and lazy. I guess that’s why we only do three strips a week instead of six or seven. Hey, you get what you pay for people.

Speaking of free, howabout we start getting some action going on in the forums? I know it’s early yet, but let’s hear what you think about this l’il strip of ours. I could also use some help solving the Tree Puzzle from land three in Black & White. That thing’s a confusing bitch! I never did like trees much.

Seeya Friday.
